Judging at the WRRC European Championship & World Cup in Budapest, Hungary

I was delighted to continue my international judging season by officiating at the World Rock’n’Roll Confederation (WRRC) competition in Budapest, Hungary. This prestigious event brought together Europe's strongest Acrobatic Rock’n’Roll athletes to compete at the highest international level.

International competitions such as this represent the very best of competitive dance, combining technical excellence, athletic performance, creativity, and years of dedication from athletes and coaches alike.

As an official WRRC judge, my role is to evaluate performances objectively, following the official judging regulations and ensuring every competitor receives fair and consistent assessment. Maintaining integrity and professionalism throughout the competition is essential to preserving the highest standards of the sport.

It is always inspiring to witness the passion and commitment displayed by competitors from across Europe and beyond. Events like these also provide valuable opportunities for judges to collaborate internationally, exchange knowledge, and stay aligned with the latest developments in judging standards.

Representing Ireland within the international judging community is something I am incredibly proud of. Experiences like these strengthen my expertise as both a coach and dance adjudicator, allowing me to bring current international knowledge back to the dancers and families I work with.
